We continue with our journey through the biblical book of Revelation. Song number 7 of the upcoming album “Revelation” performed on 27-May-2017 at the Zwölf-Apostel-Church in Berlin. It reports how seven angels dressed in shining linen are handed seven bowls filled with the wrath of God. When they pour out these bowls on the earth inconceivable horrors unfold. Plagues break out, rivers turn into blood, the sun scorches the people with fire. Yet, the people “refuse to repent of what they had done, they refuse to repent and glorify him.”
Today, we still are in a time of God’s grace – as opposed to the latter times when God’s wrath will be released on mankind. God invites you to turn to him, now. Tell him how you regret all the lies, evil deeds, cheating, selfishness in your life. Then ask him to forgive you and start living a life that is pleasing to God. God will receive you with open arms, he will sooth your soul with his forgiveness, will enable you to live a God-fearing life and never (!) leave your side – not in this world, not in the next world. Eternity in the blessing presence of God Almighty is ours to grasp!
